In this on-going post, I’m posting some talks I have imparted within the last years. The selection is more or less random.
- Keynote in Gdasnk (Poland) about the posibilities to combine climate models and reconstructions.
- Talk in the EMS2013 conference in Reading about the skill of the analog method to reconstruct precipitation.
- Talk in the EGU2013 conference in Vienna about the influence of external forcing in the NAO variability during the last millennium.
- Talk in the EGU2012 conference in Vienna about the importance of uncertainties in observational data sets.
- Talk in the INQUA2011 conference in Bern about the finger print of external forcings in the evolution of temperature and precipitation.
- Talk in the EMS2009 conference in Toulouse about the comparison between a regional palaeosimulation for the Iberian Peninsula and several climate reconstructions.
- I gave a Palaeoclimate seminar in the University of Murcia. It takes about 3 hours to impart and is in Spanish.
- Short seminar about Empyrical Orthogonal Fuctions.
