The  European Research Projects Office of the Universidad de Murcia (Operum) organises a seminar on Management and rationale of projects funded by the Horizon 2020 programme of the European Union.

This seminar is aimed at the Research and Teaching Staff (PDI) of the University of Murcia who are participating or are interested in actively participating in Horizon 2020, the European R&D&I Programme.

Aims:

  • To provide all the participants with a protocol of actions and recommendations for the good management and rationale of the operations co-funded by the H2020 Programme.
  • To train the necessary skills and attitudes to adapt the coordination, management and control of funds and grants according to the criteria and requirements set by the EU.
  • To inform about the characteristics of the financial management and coordination of projects co-funded by Horizon 2020.
  • To train participants on how to use the control and auditing systems required by the EU in order to design a financial and technical justification with guarantee of success before, during and after the projects. 

This seminar is extremely practical and has an active and participatory methodology aiming to modify attitudes, the development of skills and the use of instruments for the immediate implementation of the lessons learnt.

Tuesday 20 March in the Aula Didáctica of the CSU (University Social Centre) of the University of Murcia and with an approximate duration of 5 hours (9:00-15:00).
