Accommodation has been booked at various hotels especially for the conference delegates at very special discounted rates. Participants can book their accommodation online through this conference website . As demand for rooms is very high in the city, it is advisable to secure your accommodation at the earliest to avoid any disappointment and inconvenience at the time of the conference.
Rates (in EUROS) quoted below are per room, per night, including breakfast and VAT. In case of tax/vat change, the rates will be updated accordingly.

Cancellation and changes

Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the change or cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat

Hotel cancellation fees:
Until 30 January 2016: EUR 15
Between 30 January and – 25 February 2015: EUR 25
After 25 February 2016: Minimum rate for one night.

The conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge for the full stay depending on the hotels’ terms and conditions. Credit cannot be given for late arrivals or early departure. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
