Terms of payment
All payments must be made in EUROS by Bank transfer.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state participant’s name on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat. Participants name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the Conference Secretariat will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office Conference Secretariat in writing only. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 50) will be given for cancellations received by 29 January 2016. After 29 January 2016, no refunds will be given. Refunds will be processed after the 7th EUROLAG Conference. Please send your exact bank details with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the delegate.
