Doctorado en Ciencias de la Visión (Interuniversitario)

This is an inter-university and inter-disciplinary programme, with a vocation for international collaboration and a major commitment to modern research training that is to be expected in the biomedical area of Vision Sciences.

The Doctorate in Vision Sciences is constituted by 12 Groups of Excellence from five universities in four different Autonomous Communities and is coordinated from the University of Valladolid through the Group of Excellence of Castilla y Leon at the Institute of Applied Ophthalmobiology (IOBA-GR217). All the groups have an interdisciplinary profile and, as a whole, contribute lecturing and research experience relating to the main aspects of Vision Sciences.

The programme is directed at Graduates in Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Nursing, Statistics, Pharmacy, Physics, Medicine, Opticians and Optometry, Veterinary and also in Computing, Telecommunications, Industrial or Electronic Engineering with certain experience and interest in the field of Vision Sciences.
