Visitors and Agreements Card

Agreements. Students and teachers from other Universities or study and research centres that have an agreement with the University of Murcia and need to use the services of the Library of the University of Murcia, BUMU for its Spanish acronym (UPCT, Miguel Hernádez University, UNED, Theological Institute, CEBAS, Philosophy Society of the Region of Murcia, School of Dramatic Art, Technology Centre [Centic in Spanish], ENAE Business School and the Los Alamos Foundation).

Visitors. Lecturers or doctoral students from other Spanish or foreign universities, or study and research centres, who accredit such status and are endorsed by a UMU lecturer with the approval of the Director of the Centre or Department.

Documentation required to apply for Visiting or Agreement user status:

For UPCT and UNED it will only be necessary to present a valid University card and ID card.

Visitor:

  • Application form
  • Photocopy of your ID card
  • Cover letter
  • Photocopy of the document accrediting them as teachers or students (proof of enrolment)

Agreements:

  • Photocopy of ID card or passport
  • Application form
  • Photocopy of the document that accredits them as teachers, students (registration receipt), or other personnel of the entity with which there is an agreement

They will not be issued with a special ID card, so they will have to identify themselves with their ID card or with their Foreigner's Identification Number (NIE).
