UMU Human Resources Strategy for Researchers

Second survey HRS4R UMU (2022)

The Universidad de Murcia (UMU) obtained the quality seal awarded by the European Commission "HR Excellence in Research" on 2 June 2020, as a result of the work carried out since 2018 in the definition of the "Human Resources Strategy for Researchers" (HRS4R).

The "HR Excellence in Research" Seal identifies universities and institutions that generate and support the existence of a stimulating and favourable environment for research work.

The HRS4R process is an ongoing process, in which the participation of the University's research community is essential.

To this end, it is very important that you participate by answering this survey (similar to the 2018 one), which will gather your impressions on the four blocks of principles that will be reviewed by the European Commission so that our university can maintain this Seal of Excellence.

This second survey will be sent individually to the Universidad de Murcia researchers by mid-February 2022.

The blocks are as follows:

  • I. Ethical and professional aspects,
  • II. Recruitment and selection,
  • III. Working Conditions and Social Security and
  • IV. Training and Career Development

It won't take more than 15 minutes, and you can save it and continue completing it at another time.

The survey will be available until 6th March.

Implemented Actions at UMU
