Hassan Dashti

Dr. Hassan Dashti is a postdoctoral research fellow at MGH's Center for Genomic Medicine, Harvard Medical School. He is a nutritionist and dietitian, and his research focuses on the link between dietary intake and the circadian clock (and its regulatory genes) on diabetes risk. He is investigating this relationship through large observational human studies and analyzing large population-based cohort studies with genetic data such as the UK Biobank.

Dr. Dashti completed his PhD in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Pennsylvania.
