Objectives

General objetive

Analyze the role of special education centers in improving the educational inclusion of students with SEN resulting from disabilities in ordinary centers, from the perspective of the protagonists of the educational system of the Region of Murcia.

Specific objectives

  1. Study the schooling modality of students with SEN in the Region of Murcia, and its relationship with national and international schooling modalities.
  2. Ascertain the perception of the schooling modalities of students with SEN existing in the Region of Murcia.
  3. Determine the role that the educational community gives to special education centers.
  4. Analyze the functioning of special education centers as reference and support centers for the identification of good practices in ordinary centers that can improve the inclusion of students with SEN.
  5. Establish a list priorities to improve the educational inclusion of students with SEN enrolled in special education centers in ordinary classrooms.
  6. Design, develop, and evaluate proposals for improvement and innovation so that special education centers carry out the function of reference and support centers in ordinary centers to facilitate the inclusion of students with SEN.
  7. Create an open digital platform for the development of a collaboration network between the educational community of special education centers and ordinary centers in the Region of Murcia that promotes inclusion.
