Murcia is a city in south-eastern Spain. It is the capital and most populous city of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and the seventh largest city in the country, with a population of 436,870 inhabitants (about one third of the total population of the Region). It is located on the Segura River, in the Southeast of the Iberian Peninsula, noted by a mild climate with hot summers, tepid winters and scarce precipitation.
The University of Murcia has 4 different campuses. The members of FISPAC are located in Espinardo Campus, just 5 km to the north of the city centre.

Bus
Line 39. The easiest bus stop to find: Gran Vía Escultor Salzillo (next to Banco de España, direction Plaza Circular).
Bus service each 15 minutes. At the Espinardo Campus, alight at the “Químicas” stop.

Ticket: 1 euro.
Bus pass: 33 trips/ 15 euros.
UNIBONO. (https://bonobus.um.es/: 20 euros/30 days (unlimited travel within Murcia and the surrounding villages). To apply for it, you need a University of Murcia e-mail address; you will obtain it upon enrolment at the secretary’s office of your faculty.
