José Luis Serrano is a senior lecturer of the Department of Didactics and School Organization of the University of Murcia (Spain) since 2012. He works from the Educational Technology Research Group that investigates in several topics about Technology and Education. Doctor in Educational Technology from the University of the Balearic Islands. Degree in Pedagogy, Master in Educational Psychology and Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education. He is Executive Editor of RIITE Journal.
He teaches the Degrees in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy and Social Education, although in recent years he has focused more on the Degree in Primary Education and the Official Interuniversity Master’s Degree in Educational Technology.
He has participated in different innovation and research projects on Educational Technology in various contexts and educational stages. Some of the main topics covered are: hospital classrooms and ICT; PLE; digital entrepreneurship; digital competence; personal management of digital information, computational thinking and educational robotics.
