Comentarios |
El paciente presenta múltiples metástasis cerebrales causadas por un tumor primario de pulmón. Los resultados obtenidos en TC craneal y posterior RMN ponen en evidencia las múltiples lesiones cerebrales sugestivas de metástasis que se confirman con el estudio posterior, TC Toraco-Abdominal, en el que se halla un tumor primario de pulmón. |
