Cancellation and changes
Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the Congress Secretariat. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the change or cancellation is received by the Congress Secretariat.
Hotel cancellation fees:
- Until 30th April 2016: 15€.
- Between 30th April and – 31st May 2016: 25€.
- After 1st June 2016: Minimum rate for one night. The congress Secretariat reserves the right to charge for the full stay depending on the hotels’ terms and conditions. Credit cannot be given for late arrivals or early departure. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
