1. Introduction: Rationale of State aid control.
2. The definition of State aid under Article 107(1) TFEU.
3. State aid compatibility.
4. National administrative procedure.
5. EU administrative procedure.
6. Judicial review at national and EU level.
7. The external dimension of EU State aid law.
This course is aimed at civil servants and legal practitioners who deal with EU State aid law and wish to gain an advanced practical knowledge of this relevant area of EU Law. The course has been suggested by the Regional Government of Murcia that supported the application for this project.
