He holds a Degree in Law (2011), a Master’s degree in advanced and specialized research in Law (2012) and a PhD (2016) from the University of Murcia (PhD Extraordinary Award). He joined the Procedural Law area at the University of Murcia as a research fellow in 2012. Assistant Professor (tenure track) of Procedural Law at the University of Murcia since 2019. His research and teaching interests focus on civil procedure matters. He has carried out several research stays (University of Bologna, University of Oxford, Max Planck Institute Luxembourg, among others). He has published one monograph and a many others works (articles, book chapters, etc). Finally, he has advisory experience as Counsel in several Law firms.
