Assistant Professor (tenure track) of Procedural Law at the University of Murcia. First Class Honors in the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (2010). European Doctor in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Bologna (2014) and International Doctor in Procedural Law from the University of Murcia (2021). His main areas of teaching and research focus on civil and bankruptcy proceedings in relation to which he has published extensively, including 2 single-authored monographs, 5 directed/coordinated works and more than 25 articles and book chapters. Speaker at more than 30 conferences and seminars, he has carried out an intense teaching and research international activity (with research stays at, among others, University of Oxford, University of Bologna or Max Planck Institute in Luxembourg). Professor Tomás has also been a member of 10 research projects and has signed 5 knowledge transfer contracts with external entities.
