* Registration fee includes attendance to the scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail on 23th and meeting dinner on 24th
** Students must provide a copy of a certificate of his/her supervisor indicating she/he belongs to a Doctoral School and a confirmatory letter from the PhD Thesis director including institute address and telephone number. You can use this template.
*** Registration fee for accompanying persons includes welcome cocktail on 23th, and meeting dinner on 24th.

Deadline to complete the Registration: October 4th
Registration Cancellation
Until October 4th: 50% of the registration will be refunded.From October 4th: the full registration fee will be chargeable and no refund will be made.
