General Conditions

Refund of registration fees: There will be a reimbursement of 70 % of your total registration fees for cancellations received before May 31st 2011. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after May 31st 2011.

Registration confirmation: All registrations will receive confirmations via e-mail (fist choice), fax (second choice) or mail (third choice) within two weeks of receiving your competed form and payment.

Invoices: If you need an invoice, please contact with the Conference Secretariat, and send the fiscal data of your institution.
