29th April, 2011: Registration deadline extension.

The Organizing Committee will provide two buses from Alicante airport to Águilas for the participants on July, the 3rd. There will be also two buses with the inverse route at the end of the meeting (July, the 6th). Please, see localization to get information of their schedules.

Assistants to the meeting should proceed to his/her registration. This include the attendance to the scientific program, three days in half board regime in the Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel, the welcoming reception, the coffee breaks, the city tour and the conference banquet.

a. The organizing commettee cannot ensure the availability of rooms for the assistants that are registered after April, the 15th. Please, in such case, contact with the Conference Secretariat.

b. Members are referred to the following Associations:
* Asociación Española de Bioinorgánica (AEBIN),
* Grupo Especializado de Química Inorgánica de la RSEQ  (QI-RSEQ) y
* Sociedade Portuguesa de Química (SPQ)
AEBIN discount will be applied if 2011 fees have been satisfied at the moment of the inscription. New members will necessary be registered before March, the 20th, 2011, to obtain the discount for the registration.

c. They are referred to the same associations as in point b. The lower registration fees for juniors are due to 150€ grants provided by AEBIN. To receive this grants juniors must share the hotel room with another junior or accompanying person that have paid the corresponding fee. The student that desire an individual room should pay the complete fee.

d. The accompanying person will share the room with the conference assistant to whom is accompanying.

e. Children and babies will share room with two adult persons.

 

Cancellations should be communicated to the Conference Secretariat. 70% reimbursement of the Conferences fees will be applied when the cancellation is performed previous to May, the 31st, 2011. Reimbursements will take place once the Conference is over.
