How to arrive to Águilas

By air
San Javier Airport.
The airport Murcia-San Javier is located in the north coast of Mar Menor, at 105 kM from Águilas by the highway. This airport has regular flights with Madrid and Barcelona.

The airport of Alicante is located in Elche-El Altet, at 192 Km from Águilas, by the highway AP-7. This airport has regular flights with Madrid and Barcelona.

On Sunday the 3rd, the Organizing Committee will provide two buses with the route Alicante airport to Águilas city for the participants (through San Javier airport, i.e., this bus will also stop in San Javier airport, that is in the middle of the route). There will be also two buses with the inverse route at the end of the meeting (July, the 6th).

Schedule:

Sunday, the 3rd, July (from Alicante airport to Águilas):
Alicante airport:
        1st bus: Departure at 15.30 hrs, it will stop at San Javier airport at ca. 16.15 hrs.
        2nd bus: Departure at 19.00, it will stop at San Javier airport at ca. 19.45. 

Wednesday, the 6th, July (from Águilas to Alicante Airport):
Águilas:
        1st bus: Departure at  7.00 hrs, it will stop at San Javier airport at ca. 8.00 hrs. Arrival at Alicante airport at ca. 8.45 hrs.
        2nd bus: Departure at 9.00, it will stop at San Javier airport at ca. 10.00 hrs. Arrival at Alicante airport at ca. 10.45 hrs.

By car
From the Center of Spain (Meseta): Highway A-30. Once you arrive to Murcia, take the direction Almería-Granada. Just after Lorca town, take the fast-way until Águilas.
From the South: Highway A-7 from Almería.
From the North-East: Mediterranean A-7 highway.
From the West: A-92 highway, through Granada.

By bus
There are daily buses connections with Murcia, Almería and Madrid.
