Dr. Lidia González

Lidia studied the degree in chemistry at the University of Murcia. After this, she obtained her Master Degree in 2014 in Supramolecular and Fine Chemistry and then she started her PhD under the supervision of Dr. Antonio Caballero and Fabiola Zapata studing new anion receptors by unusual non-covalent interactions like anion-π and and interactions halogen bonding. She defended her Doctoral Thesis in June 2019.

Dr. Paula Sabater

Paula Sabater was born in Murcia, Spain, in 1988. She graduated with a degree in chemistry from the University of Murcia in 2012. She obtained her master degree in Supramolecular and Fine Chemistry in 2015. In the same year, she obtained a predoctoral contrat of the University of Murcia for the realization of her PhD under the supervision of Dr. Antonio Caballero and Dr. Fabiola Zapata. Her research interests focused on the development of new anion sensors by unconvencional interactions. She defended her Doctoral Thesis in March 2020.

Dr. Encarnación Navarro-García (Encarni)

Encarni is a 3rd year student PhD in Fine and Molecular Chemistry. She studied Degree in Chemistry and Master in Basic and Applied Chemistry at the University of Murcia. Her work in the laboratory focused on the study of non-conventional interactions in the field of molecular recognition through the synthesis of malodorous receptors that stink out the laboratory. She is a fan of M-Clan and makes her coworkers learn all their songs by heart. She defended her Doctoral Thesis in September 2020.
